Shelled skin on kernels are to be heat treated in an oven, say at 70 to 80 C for 8 to 10 hours to loosen the skin/testa covering the kernel for ease of peeling.

The temperature of the tray dryer can be controlled by Digital Temperature and Timer control for accurate heating and temperature and time control.
Tray Dryer can be heated by electrical power, wood firing, LPG heating or steam heating.
