• Shelled skin on kernels are to be heat treated in an oven, say at 70 to 80 C for 8 to 10 hours to loosen the skin/testa covering the kernel for ease of peeling.
  • The tray dryer consists of a trolley to hold 25 trays; each tray can hold about 5 kg of Cashew kernel.
  • Tray Dryers are available in 250 / 500 / 1000 kg nominal capacity.
    The temperature of the tray dryer can be controlled by Digital Temperature and Timer control for accurate heating and temperature and time control.
  • Tray Dryer can be heated by electrical power, wood firing, LPG heating or steam heating.
